In the town of Mollepata, the group will have a buffet breakfast. There will be a 45-minute stop. After breakfast, we will all get on the bus to go from Mollepata to the town of Soraypampa for 1 hour by bus.

In Soraypampa the tour will begin. It will be a walk of approximately 3 kilometres towards the Humantay lagoon, it will be a flat walk of 1 kilometre and 2 kilometres uphill. It will be approximately 2 hours of walking to reach the Humantay lagoon.

The Humantay Lagoon takes its name from the nearby snow-capped mountain (Humantay, 5,473 m) and is considered one of the most beautiful and sacred lagoons in Cusco. Its turquoise waters adorned with the snow-capped mountains of Salkantay (6,270 m) whisper directly to you the reason for its popularity.
