Begin your experience with a brief introduction to the fundamental techniques of stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). Then, set off on the crystal-clear waters of Lake Garda, guided by the lake’s natural rhythm.

Stroke after stroke, tension melts away, thoughts begin to slow, and your gaze opens to the beauty that surrounds you. Once you reach a quiet, secluded spot, take a moment to pause. Your board will become a floating yoga mat, suspended between sky and water.
