    Enjoy a tasting of prosciutto and other cured meats, Parmigiano Reggiano and bread, accompanied by a glass of wine and water. The cover charge is included.

    The experience takes place at the salumeria and focuses on tasting local specialities. It does not include a visit or guided tour of a prosciutto production facility, production areas or ageing cellars.

    You can also purchase local products at the salumeria to take the flavours of Emilia home with you. Purchases are optional and are not included in the tasting price.
