What you can expect

Enjoy the incredible views of the volcanic island of Timanfaya on a guided day trip from Las Palmas. Visit the green lake along the rugged coastline of El Golfo. Stop for lunch in Yaiza and head to La Geria for a wine tasting. Finally, explore the volcanic tunnel and caverns of Los Jameos del Agua.
Start by going to the southern part of the island throughout the lava coast with a panoramic view of Las Salinas de Janubio and Los Hervideros. Then, visit the sailor’s village of El Golfo to see the green lagoon.

Continue your journey towards the volcanos and feel the heat of volcanoes and craters. Then, visit the Timanfaya National Park and discover the Volcanoes Route.

Enjoy lunch at Yaiza and stop at one of the wineries of La Geria to taste delicious wine. From there, head north and pass by the valley of the thousand palm trees. Then, arrive to Los Jameos del Agua to visit this natural cave associated with the artist César Manriquethe.
