Independent departure from the clients' accommodation to reach the farmhouse where we will take a short walk to get in touch with their agricultural traditions and the cultivation of organic food. After the visit there will be a cooking class where we will learn how to prepare the real homemade Umbrian lasagne; from simple pasta to stuffed pasta following all the necessary steps and accompanied by an expert cook to learn and cook the real Italian lasagne. then everyone will taste their own work.
