In this class, you will: • Taste thoughtfully selected makgeolli, learning how aroma, sweetness, acidity, and texture come together. • Understand the essential ingredients and tools used in traditional and modern makgeolli brewing. • Dive into fermentation—from yeast and nuruk activity to filtering and conditioning techniques. • Take home your own makgeolli to ferment (approximately 1.2 litres), continuing the process yourself like a real brewer.
