Then, we will immerse ourselves in the fascinating world of extra virgin olive oil : you will learn to recognise its qualities, pair it with dishes and use it in the best way in cooking. We will prepare together three sauces symbol of Italian tradition: salmoriglio, fresh tomato sauce and pesto with basil. During the workshop, you'll get your hands on dough, discover recipes that are easy DA remake at home, and take a fresh look at genuine and versatile ingredients with you.
