The trail begins at the Leiterli mountain station and ends at the Stoss middle station. It lets you immerse yourself in the fascinating world of marmots, their alpine home, and their playful habits.
The highlight of the trail is the walk-in, interactive marmot burrow, where you can immerse yourself in their underground life. Along the way, you'll encounter various informative panels that provide interesting insights into the life of marmots and their ecosystem. In addition, there are varied play stations such as a wobbly bridge, a cable car, or a maze, which make the Murmeli Trail the perfect family adventure.
The Marmot Trail ends at the Stoss middle station, from where you will return to the valley with new insights into alpine wildlife and many wonderful memories.
