The experience includes a comprehensive tour of the Birra Salento brewery, where you will learn about the ingredients that go into our beers and the various stages of the brewing process. Inside the production area, you will have the opportunity to taste one of our craft beers, taken directly from the maturation tank.
The tour continues at our Dekore malt house, just a short walk from the brewery, where you will learn about the history of this old farmhouse and the machinery used in the malting process for brewer's barley.
After the tour, an aperitivo dinner will be served in the malt house’s Salento-style courtyard, featuring traditional dishes freshly prepared by our chef (grilled or baked) using, among other ingredients, beer and high-quality beer by-products, paired with three of our craft beers.
The evening will be accompanied by live music or a DJ set.
