What you can expect

Experience a 4.5‑hour guided boat tour through the Gothenburg archipelago to the famous lighthouse island of Vinga aboard M/S Carl Michael Bellman. The trip includes a scenic journey of about 1 hour and 15 minutes each way, with commentary (English) about the islands and landmarks you pass.

You’ll have two hours on Vinga to explore the nature reserve, walk along the rocky shoreline, swim, or visit the childhood home of Evert Taube, now a small museum. The island is also known for its nearly 30‑metre lighthouse and the historic beacon from 1889.

This excursion offers a relaxing and memorable way to discover one of Gothenburg’s most iconic archipelago destinations.
