The excursion begins with a pick-up at the agreed meeting point between 4:00 and 5:00 a.m. Afterwards, make a stop in Chilca for breakfast. Then, at approximately 9:30 a.m., the second stop will be the Paracas Tourist Pier to pass the Sernamp control and wait to board to the Ballestas Islands.
On the slides we will enter the wonderful marine world for an average of two hours.
We will begin by stopping in front of the figure in the sand known as “The Candelabra”, where the guide will explain the different theories about its function.
We continue sailing with the sea breeze on us until we reach the Islands and are surrounded by abundant marine life, sea lions, Humboldt penguins, countless guano birds and with luck a curious dolphin awaits us. You won't want to put your camera down!
We will then travel to Ica for an average of 1 hour until we reach a winery and we will tour its facilities and have an exquisite tasting of wines and piscos from the area.
Here we will have time for lunch.
We will also enjoy Afro-Peruvian dances and music (Only on weekends).
Then we will continue our route to the Oasis of Hucachina.
There we will get off the bus to get on the Buggies (tubular or sand cars) that will take us up and down the endless dunes of Ica (1 hour of walking through the desert interspersed with sandboarding).
We will slide down with the sand boards from the top (approximately 2 slides).
After this adrenaline-filled experience you will have enough time to walk around the oasis, take photos and do some last minute shopping.
At 5:30 p.m. we begin the return trip to Lima.
At 10:30 p.m. we will arrive in Lima.
