Overview

Start of the tour at the historic Gran Hotel Bolivar, located in Plaza San Martin. Here the guide will give a brief introduction on the history of the Lima Centre and Peruvian gastronomy before starting the gastronomic experience.

Jiron de La Union

Walk along the most traditional street in the centre, history and gastronomic stops.

Iglesia y Convento La Merced

We will visit the historic Church and Convent of La Merced, one of the most important temples of the Historic Centre of Lima. The guide will briefly explain the history of the place and its importance during colonial times as we walk along the traditional Union Jirón.

Mercado Central (Central Market)
