What you can expect

    It begins with an introduction to the wine-growing area of the Sierra de Yerga (Eastern Rioja) and the history of sustainable cultivation in centuries-old vineyards. The tour includes the urban winery, showing the artisanal process of ageing in amphorae, foudres, and barrels, as well as the manual labelling and sealing of bottles. It ends with a tasting of four wines paired with wood-fired bread and organic olive oil produced on-site.
