Know before you book

  • The time selected at the time of booking is your entrance time to Madame Tussauds. Please follow the Redemption Instructions to book your entrance to the London Eye.
  • Children 2 and younger are complimentary. Children 13 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Both attractions are wheelchair accessible (limit 2 wheelchairs per capsule and 8 per time slot at the London Eye).
  • You must visit Madame Tussauds first, you then have up to 90 days to visit the London Eye.
  • London Eye Hours of operation are 11 AM–6 PM (last rotation) during low season and 10 AM-8:30 PM (last rotation) during high season; however, this may vary, please check before you go.
  • The London Eye is an extremely popular attraction, please arrive at your booked time and join the queue, the typical wait time varies from 15 minutes to an hour.
  • Madame Tussauds cannot accommodate strollers; a stroller drop-off area is located near the entrance. Baby carriers are available on a first-come, first-served basis with a refundable deposit.
  • Madame Tussauds hours of operation are Monday - Friday; 10 AM - 4 PM (last admission) and Saturday - Sunday; 9 AM - 5 PM (last admission).
  • Hours of operation vary; please check before you go.
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
