Enjoy a soothing sound bath, sound journey and sound healing at Widwan Yoga Studio in Lübbenau. With the help of therapeutic singing bowls and a gong, you will be able to experience a guided relaxation and healing experience in which you release all tension from your body with the help of your breath and your thoughts.
The frequencies and the bowls will help you with this. Just when you think it can't get any better, you will be bathed in the beautiful sounds and vibrations of traditional therapeutic singing bowls, accompanied by a therapeutic gong, a handpan and other relaxation instruments.

Immerse yourself in the vibrations of the sounds and let time slip away. Perhaps you will experience waves of peace, heightened awareness, emotional healing, insights into your inner world, creative thoughts… or simply the most restful sleep you have ever experienced. When your body relaxes, your mind relaxes too, and when your mind relaxes, it begins to release the healing hormones serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin.
Singing bowls can release blockages and congestions in your body's flow.
Why singing bowls? Singing bowls slow you down, singing bowls relax you! In this fast-paced world, the singing bowl ceremony is a moment to find peace. They create a warm feeling, relieve tension, release trauma and lead to better sleep. Among other things, they can alleviate tinnitus.
Origins: The method is based on millennia-old insights from Vedic healing arts, which state that sounds promote inner balance. The modern Peter Hess® sound massage was developed in 1984.
How it works: The human body, which is largely made up of water, absorbs the vibrations of the bowls, which acts like an internal massage. This can lead to the cells being harmonised and blockages being released.
Indications: It is used to reduce stress, for sleep disorders, headaches, tension (e.g. in the shoulders/neck) and to support recovery (e.g. after strokes).
This experience is perfect for people who are new to sound baths, but also for experienced sound bath attendees. People who want to do more for themselves. All ages are welcome, including children, as long as they can sit still and not distract others.
