What you can expect

  • Tandem paragliding in Lucerne, Engelberg and the Engelberg Valley – Your adventure in the Central Swiss Alps

    Experience Central Switzerland from a bird's-eye view on an unforgettable tandem paragliding flight! Together with an experienced, professionally trained pilot, you will glide safely and silently through the air – with fantastic views of the impressive Alpine scenery and, when the visibility is clear, even of the sparkling Lake Lucerne.

    Our takeoff points are located in some of the most beautiful flying areas in the region, including Niederbauen (Emmetten), Brunni (Engelberg), Büelen, and Brändlen in the Engelberg Valley. The exact flight area is selected the evening before based on the weather conditions and will be communicated to you via email by 9:30 PM at the latest.

    The effective flight time is about 10–20 minutes, depending on the thermal conditions. You should plan around 1 to 1.5 hours for the entire experience.

    Itinerary (standard version):
    – Meeting in the agreed flight area
    – Welcome and introduction by your pilot
    – Safety briefing and equipment check
    – Take off, flight, landing
    – Return to the meeting point

    What's included:

    Important Notes:
    – Maximum weight: 90 kilogrammes / 200 pounds (can be adjusted by arrangement)
    – Minimum age: 6 years old (under 16 only with parental consent)
    – Not suitable for pregnant women, people with epilepsy, heart problems, or mobility impairments
    – Please arrive on time, as latecomers cannot be accommodated

    What you should bring:
    Weather-appropriate outdoor clothing and sturdy shoes. Any missing gear can be rented on site free of charge.
