- Lost, damaged, stolen or altered Ticket will not be replaced or reissued. Any Ticket that is damaged, manipulated, copied, handwritten, forged, water damaged, or altered in any way, or that contains any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographic error, will be considered invalid and will not be accepted Clothing, accessories, or physical restrictions apply to some attractions. Guests must refrain from any behaviour that may affect their own safety or the safety of others and must abide by all safety requirements and follow the instructions provided by our staff
- Photographs, videos, and sound recordings taken by you inside the Waterpark must not be used for commercial purposes without the written consent from Studio City. Photography or any recording of non-consenting Guests is strictly prohibited. The use of image recording devices is not permitted in the change rooms or bathroom facilities
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking
- Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
- No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a No Show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
- Tickets are valid for Date and time selected. Valid identity proof required.
