As a professional chef in the heart of Lyon, Thierry will teach you how to make classic French pastries and baked goods, including the traditional classic tart with pink pralines, cream puffs like chocolate éclair or Paris-Brest with caramelised almonds, or macarons. About your host Thierry: "I'm an easy going cooking teacher and passionate French chef. I like to meet and invite new people from all over the world. Please join me in my small restaurant, in a 15th century building of Lyon."
