What you can expect

After a good breakfast, head to Toves Tradisjonsmat Café at 12:00 PM as the starting point of our adventure.

With snowshoes on, we'll set off on an adventure in the powder to explore the beautiful snowy landscapes of the Malangen coastal countryside. Along the way, I'll share stories about life in the Arctic North, the animal world that surrounds us on land and at sea, Sami culture, and more.

With our cheeks rosy from the cold, we'll then head to a small, authentic local café where a homemade treat from Tove and a hot drink will be waiting for us in a cosy, typically Norwegian atmosphere.

This will be the perfect time to explain the philosophy of “Kos”, the Norwegian way of life, and local customs and traditions. Living in northern Norway means adapting to nature, rapidly changing seasons, and long winter months. It's about marvelling every day at the beauty that surrounds us.
