Know before you book

  • Child ticket is valid for 6 to 15 years old
  • Adult ticket is valid for 16 years and above
  • Child below 6 years old travel for FREE (Maximum 3 FREE Child tickets per Adult ticket)
  • The service provider will send you a separate email with your actual ticket 24 hours before your travel date. This ticket will be the one recognised by the attraction.
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.

What you can expect

With no redemption of physical KLIA Ekspres ticket needed, simply head to the barrier gate of the KL Airport Express and have your voucher barcode scanned for fast and efficient entry. From there, you will get to KL Sentral Railway Station in less than 30 minutes on a safe, comfortable, and professional train service. Have your luggage taken care of by the inclusive porter service of Kuala Lumpur Airport Express train and arrive in KL Sentral well-rested. You will be able to share information and connect with friends and families on the way with the WIFI available on the KLIA Ekspres train. For another hassle-free travel back to the airport, simply make a second booking for your return journey.

Please be informed that update schedule and service from KLIA Ekspres:
Trains will run every 20 minutes during peak hours on weekdays, and every 30 minutes during weekdays off-peak hours, weekends and public holidays.

Journey Time: From KL Sentral to KLIA (28 mins) and KLIA2 (33 mins)

  • Peak Hour: 0700-0900Hrs,1600-1900Hrs
  • Off-Peak Hour: 0500-0700Hrs, 0900-1600Hrs, 1700-0000Hrs

*Please note that there will be NO train services before 5:00 am and the last train departure from KLIA2 is at 12:05 am
