What you can expect

  • Our guide will pick you up from either the airport or hotel in Male'. For travellers in hotels in Hulhumale' an additional fee of USD25 for two pax is applicable for pick-up/drop-off.

    Once you meet our guide we will be starting this walking tour of the small city. As this is a private tour only you and your group will have total flexibility. Just let your guide know your preferences or let the guide recommend.

    We will start from Fishermen's Park, walk to the oldest school in the Maldives, and then continue to the area where the Parliament House, President's Palace, Old Friday Mosque, museum, and Sultan Park are located. A short walk to the republic square where along the way you will see the Islamic centre of the Maldives which also houses a ministry and some offices.
    We shall then be walking to Chaandhanee Magu, a road with shops and small cafes along the way.
