Escape the crowds and step into a unique oasis in the south of Mallorca. Located in Ses Salines, Botanicactus takes you on a fascinating journey through botany and the contrasts of nature on a site covering more than 150,000 square metres (37 acres).
During your visit, you can explore three large, distinctly different areas at your own pace:
The Mallorcan Forest:
In a completely separate area, you will journey back to the island's roots. Here, we have recreated and preserved the traditional Mediterranean landscape. You can stroll under the shade of pine, olive, almond, and pomegranate trees, discovering the richness of the Balearic Islands' native flora.
The Desert Landscape:
Get ready to take out your camera. You will walk among an impressive collection of thousands of cacti from around the world. From small, spherical specimens to veritable centuries-old giants that rise several feet into the sky, they create a captivating and highly photogenic desert setting.
The Great Lake:
At the end of our tour, you will come to a spectacular lake. This expansive freshwater area creates a cool microclimate within the garden and features small islands and aquatic vegetation that invite you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the sounds of water and birds.
Botanicactus is the perfect tour (with a recommended duration of 1.5 to 2 hours). Its wide, flat paths make it fully accessible and comfortable for visitors of all ages, from families with children to botany enthusiasts looking for a leisurely stroll.
