What you can expect

Explore the Museu da Amazônia, the Amazonian Museum commonly known as MUSA, on a guided tour of this 100-hectare park inside the Adolpho Duck Forest Reserve in Manaus. Discover the research carried out in the area by the National Institute of Amazonian Research (INPA) for more than 60 years, which has been instrumental in the dissemination and popularisation of scientific and cultural education.

After enjoying the convenience of hotel pickup in Manaus, make your way to the Amazonian Museum. Buy your entrance ticket when you arrive (about 30 BRL) and then enter the museum. With your guide, find exhibitions, a nursery of orchids and bromeliads, a lake, aquariums, and experimental laboratories full of snakes, insects, and butterflies.

Climb the 42-meter (138 foot) observation tower to admire a magnificent view of the forest canopy. Take pleasant walks along the museum's various forest trails and enjoy being at one with nature. The tour concludes with drop-off back at your hotel in Manaus
