Have an authentic experience in the heart of the Maremma with a refined food tasting designed to stimulate all the senses. Embark on a journey to discover the excellence of Italian oil with a guided tasting of four fine extra virgin olive oils (EVO), selected from different regions of the Bel Paese.
Each oil tells a storey of tradition, land, and passion. The food tasting is enhanced by three glasses of local wine: the fresh and aromatic Vermentino and the intense Rosato and Morellino di Scansano, symbols of Maremma viticulture.
To complete the experience, a selection of typical products: fresh vegetables with a raw vegetable dip, Terra Nera aubergine and courgette in oil, Tuscan crostini with wild boar or mushroom pâté, local cheese accompanied by onion cream, and bread for bruschetta.
All served in an authentic ambience, immersed in the flavours and aromas of the most authentic Tuscany.
