With Kyushu's seas as its theme, the aquarium features tanks such as the Genkai Sea Tank and the Deep Seas of Kyushu Tank — recreations of the Kyushu region's surrounding seas. The aquarium also stages a variety of shows, including a dolphin-and-sea-lion show and an open-ocean tank show.
