Cook for passion, as a child I loved going to the typical market with my father who told me many stories and secrets of every product we bought together. Sicilian cuisine is simple but its importance is fresh ingredients. I love to include everyone because Sicilian cuisine has recipes for all tastes (Vegans, Vegetarians, Fish and Meat).
