Know before you book
- Children 5 and younger are not allowed. Children 6–15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Children must be 16 or older to ride on their own.
- If you are pregnant, have back problems, or have had recent surgeries, you should not take part.
- Return transport is available from most centrally located Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Riviera Maya hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
- Maximum weight is 130 kg / 286 lbs single
- Double base 100 kg/ 220 lbs per person
- If the client has a physical illness or special needs, he/she should contact us to find out if he/she can do the regular tour or if a special tour is required.
