During this activity, which is open to everyone (mixed-gender and multi-generational), we will practice gentle yoga to relax and learn how to naturally enhance our beauty using local, organic, and skin-friendly cosmetic treatments.
The meeting point is in Le Carbet, on a shady, volcanic black-sand beach, where you can enjoy the lush North Caribbean coast and incredible views of Mount Pelée. You will also have the pleasure of seeing coastal birds and even pelicans soaring through the sky. Unmissable photos and videos ;)
You will be invited to take care of yourself naturally, because “true wealth is found in Nature.” Marion, a certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor, will share with you her nature-connected approach to the discipline, featuring a Creole Flow in which movement is in harmony with our breathing and the sound of the ocean.
As an excellent teacher, she will also share her expertise in Facial Yoga with you. By the water and on the beach, we will indulge in natural beauty treatments to enhance our beauty with simplicity and care.
This service includes:
- A yoga class on the beach (mats, blocks, and accessories are provided)
- Balneotherapy (energising volcanic black sand scrub and invigorating sea bath),
- Natural beauty treatments (glowing body oil, regenerating facial treatment, hair balms for the scalp and/or beard for men),
- Instruction on beauty and wellness routines (manual face lift, Creole beauty routine, self-cranial massage),
- Yin Yoga–inspired body relaxation,
- Guided meditation with a visualisation to let go,
- Snacks (fresh fruit juice before the bath, and iced sweet potatoes accompanied by a local tea after the treatments)
This yoga and beauty activity is offered every Monday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
It is possible to book another day on request, subject to availability.
After booking, you will receive a short questionnaire to help us get to know you better. This will allow you to let us know if you have any allergies (food or skin) or minor health concerns.
