Wasabi Garlic Potato Salad A zesty twist on a classic izakaya dish, enhanced with wasabi. 2. Octopus and Cucumber Vinegar Salad A refreshing, tangy salad with octopus and cucumber. 3. Fish Tatsuta-age with Scallion Sauce Crispy marinated fish paired with savoury scallion sauce. 4. Simmered Yellowtail with Daikon Tender yellowtail and daikon simmered in a flavourful sauce. 5. Mixed Rice Onigiri Seasoned mixed rice shaped into comforting onigiri.
