We'll set off at 9:30 a.m. from our meeting point at Calle 49B #21-38 in Buenos Aires. It's a safe and easily accessible shopping centre called La Central. Our cars will be waiting for us to start the tour. After 20 minutes, we'll arrive at the coffee farm where I was born and raised and where we have over 200 years of coffee tradition.

Upon arrival, my mother will be waiting for us with a delicious welcome snack. We'll put on our gear and go through the entire coffee experience: planting, harvesting the cherries, processing the beans, hulling, roasting, and grinding. After completing these processes, we'll take a break and enjoy a delicious lunch.

After lunch, we'll prepare coffee using different methods and taste all the production lines. We'll return to the meeting point in our transport.
