Your experience begins with a warm welcome and a space to get to know the group. We start with a warm-up to prepare the body and get in tune with the rhythm. Then, our instructors guide the participants through the technique, sequences and basic steps of Latin rhythms like salsa and bachata. This is a group class designed to learn in a relaxed and safe environment, where you can ask, repeat and enjoy the process without pressure. We continue with the practice, the ideal time to let go, gain confidence and share the energy of the dance with others. We end with a brief cooling off and closure to celebrate what you learned and your connection to Latino culture. Come dance and experience authenticity in the heart of Medellin!
