We’ll take you to traditional area markets, far from the tourist traps, where real locals eat. You’ll taste about 8th stops from handmade antojitos, drink freshly squeezed juices, and sit down in humble fondas, tacos, local season fruit and some Pre-hispanic ingredients where every dish is served with heart and heritage. Each stop is a living memory, each flavour a cultural storey.
