From Milking the Cow to Fresh Mozzarella
Your experience begins with a walk around our farm, where you’ll meet our animals and learn about daily life here.
Then comes one of the most memorable moments of the day: milking the cow. Guided step by step, you’ll take part in this gentle, hands-on activity — no experience needed. This is not a show or a demonstration: the milk you collect will be used straight away.
Back in the kitchen, we’ll warm the milk and guide you through the full process of making traditional Fior di Latte mozzarella, explaining each step as it slowly takes shape in your hands.
Handmade Gnocchi
While the mozzarella rests, Rosanna will show you how to make fresh handmade gnocchi using simple ingredients and traditional techniques. You’ll shape the gnocchi by hand, learning small details that make all the difference. It’s a relaxed and satisfying process, just as it should be.
Wine Tasting & Cellar Visit
During the experience, you’ll taste Pasquale’s homemade organic wine, produced from grapes grown on our land.
You’ll also visit the cellar where the wine is made and stored — an informal moment filled with stories and conversation.
Tiramisu: Classic or Lemon
To finish, Rosanna will guide you in preparing tiramisu, and you can choose between:
the classic tiramisu, or our lemon tiramisu, made with homemade limoncello and lemons picked from our trees. Both are prepared fresh and follow family recipes.
