We welcome you to our home-workshop in Miraflores, a space where coffee is shared with calm and care. This is not an open café or a traditional class: it is an intimate experience designed for taking your time and engaging in conversation over coffee.
We begin with a discussion about Peruvian coffee and its journey, from the regions where it is grown to the cup. We'll talk about the areas at the edge of the rainforest, the microclimates, the work of the coffee growers, and the processes that make each origin unique.
Then, we taste various high-altitude coffees, exploring their aromas, flavours, and textures. Rather than memorizing terms, the idea is to observe, compare, and refine perception through experience. Each coffee reflects a meticulous production chain, where time, knowledge, and the local area are essential.
To accompany the tasting, we will share a selection of local products chosen according to the same criteria.
The coffee is prepared using slow-bar methods, such as V60 or Kalita, so you can appreciate how the process influences the final result and enjoy the leisurely pace of preparation.
This experience is designed for curious individuals, coffee lovers, and travellers seeking something more intimate and authentic: an encounter to connect with what we consume and with the stories behind each cup.
