In Mittelwihr, on the Wine Route and in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard region, come and discover our family-owned winery. Sylviane Delphine and Jacques will be delighted to introduce you to the world of vines, wine, and the winemaking profession during a tour of the winery and cellar.
We will introduce you to the history of winegrowing in Alsace and the history of our estate, and you will be able to see the equipment used for the grape harvest, winemaking, bottling, and labelling.
Then we will move on to a tasting of 5 wines of your choice. Thanks to the richness of the soil and the variety of grape varieties found in Alsace, you will be able to discover the wines that best suit your taste.
We will be happy to advise you based on your preferences and inspirations. We will even advise you on food and wine pairings for our various wines.
