Meeting Point & Punctuality
Please arrive on time at the designated meeting point. If you will be late, please contact us in advance. Note that late arrivals or no-shows may be considered cancellations.

Final Confirmation
We will send a confirmation email with the meeting place and time by 6:00 PM the day before your tour. If you don't receive it, please contact MIYAKO ADVENTURE PiPi directly using the contact information on your ticket.

Health & Safety Requirements
This tour is suitable for guests aged 7 to 59 years old. You cannot participate if you are pregnant, under 7 years old, have a pre-existing medical condition, or weigh over 100 kg. Please consult us in advance if you have any health concerns or a strong fear of the ocean.

Equipment & Safety
For your safety, a life jacket, fins, and mask are mandatory for all ocean activities. Guests who do not wear the required gear will not be allowed to participate. Always follow your guide’s instructions for your safety.

Weather Policy
The tour will proceed in light rain. However, it may be cancelled if weather conditions are deemed unsafe.

Transport
Please note that transport to the site may not be included. If you require pick-up service, please contact us after your booking is confirmed.

What to Bring & Prepare
Please wear clothes that can get wet. There are no bathrooms at the site, so please use the bathroom in advance. Participation under the influence of alcohol is not allowed.

Parking
Depending on the site, a parking fee of ¥1,000–¥2,000 may apply.

The cave photos shown in advertisements were taken at a past location. Currently, photos can only be taken at the cave's entrance.

Languages
Tours are guided in Japanese or English. Depending on the day's reservations, some tours may be conducted in Japanese only.
