    What awaits you:
    Let yourself be carried away by the scents of the Emilian countryside and take a seat among the rows for a unique sensory experience.
    The evening begins with a house starter, a selection of the best local delicacies, and then continues with our signature dish: “Chicchi d'Oro Nero”, a sumptuous Balsamic Vinegar risotto that encapsulates all the tradition of the Paltrinieri family.
    The culinary journey continues with a tender Fillet of Beef with Balsamic Vinegar, accompanied by a fresh mixed seasonal salad.
    To end on a sweet note, treat yourself to a short, refreshing stroll to our home-made ice cream cart and choose your favourite flavours!
