You will work alongside our experienced chef , preparing and cooking some creative dishes including Spanish tapas and dishes synonymous to the region of Almeria.

The kitchen has been lovingly designed just for the cookery school , its modern and well equipped so that you enjoy the whole experience.

It will be a fun four hour session of food demonstrations and cooking .You will have the opportunity to taste some great food from the region of Almeria. You will prepare a range of modern Spanish tapas which you will then eat for lunch with a glass of local wine or soft drink.. Dishes will include a selection of meat , fish and vegetarian dishes.
