Begin your tour with a visit to Fort Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built by the Portuguese in the 16th century. Explore the fort's museum and learn about its history as a military stronghold.

Next, head to the Mombasa Tusks, a landmark built to commemorate Queen Elizabeth II's visit to Kenya in 1952. Stop for a photo opportunity at this iconic site.

Continue to Mombasa Old Town, a historic area known for its narrow streets and Swahili architecture. Walk through the town and visit the Hindu temple, which showcases the history of Mombasa and features fascinating portraits of Hindu gods, stones carved on the wall, and many artefacts of religious importance to Hinduism.

After lunch (own expense) in the city, drive to Haller Park, a nature reserve on the North Coast. Walk through the park and see a variety of animals, including vervet monkeys, hippos, oryx, buffalos, zebras, waterbucks, elands, duiker, and suni.
