We will welcome you to a historic shop that has been in business for over 30 years, a corner of excellence where passion for wine, oil and local produce is intertwined with tradition, careful selection and the desire to share the best of the region. My goal is to select niche, authentic and high-quality labels, creating moments of encounter where the customer becomes the protagonist, tasting and learning.
WHAT WE WILL DO DURING THE TASTING
Inside my shop, we will start with a brief introduction to the world of Tuscan wine and extra virgin olive oil, with interesting facts that you may not expect.
Then we'll move on to the tastiest part: a tasting of three local wines selected from the best producers in the area, each with its own characteristics, aromas, and ideal pairing. You will also taste olive oil, with an explanation of the production techniques and tips on how to recognise a quality oil.
To round it all off, a selection of typical products, a real Tuscan aperitif, convivial and full of flavour.

  The experience takes place inside my workshop, in the heart of Montecatini Terme, a cosy, well-kept, and warm town near Florence, Lucca, and Viareggio. Easy to reach, with parking, and also perfect as a rejuvenating break between visits.
