Enjoy an authentic culinary experience in the heart of Montefiore dell'Aso, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. We will welcome you in the warm and familiar atmosphere of the osteria in the historic old town, where the Marche tradition is passed down from generation to generation.
Under the expert guide of the owner, you will become the star in the kitchen. You will learn the secrets of the real olive all'ascolana: from the delicate spiral pitting to the filling with the expertly prepared meat mix, to the perfect breading. You will also discover the magic of cremini, the sweet and fried touch that completes the local fritto misto.
We will then move on to handmade egg pasta: depending on the season and the mood of the day, we could prepare tagliatelle, ravioli, or gnocchi together, following the skilled techniques of the local tradition. It's not just a cooking class, but a journey through the craftsmanship and flavours of our region.
At the end of the class, we'll move to the table for the most eagerly awaited moment: the food tasting. You can enjoy the olives, cremini and pasta prepared with your own hands, accompanied by a glass of wine from local wineries. You'll take home not only a recipe, but the indelible memory of a day spent living like a local in the village.
