Experience a friendly and gourmet evening in an exceptional setting, in the heart of the ruins of the Château d'Allan.

From 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, join a small group of 14 participants maximum to share an authentic moment around the iconic flavours of the Drôme and Ardèche.

Upon arrival, enjoy a buffet-style aperitif featuring a selection of carefully chosen local products: Nyons olives, artisanal tapenade, caillettes, cold cuts, regional cheeses such as the famous Picodon, as well as other seasonal specialities.

Over the course of the evening, discover two carefully selected wines, a white and a red, presented in a friendly atmosphere and accessible to all. You will learn the basics of wine tasting: observing the colour, identifying the aromas, understanding the balance of a wine, and discovering the specific characteristics of local appellations.

Each product tasted is an opportunity to learn more about the terroir: origin, production methods, the producers' expertise, and the particularities of the appellations.

Your live guide will also share the history of the castle ruins and their surroundings, for a complete immersion in the local heritage.
