Step into the world of Tuscan wine and cocktail culture in the heart of Montepulciano. Begin with a guided visit through the winery and vineyards, where you’ll discover the traditions behind local winemaking and the character of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. During the visit, enjoy a tasting of two estate wines, each expressing the unique terroir of the region.

After exploring the wine heritage of Montepulciano, continue with a creative mixology session inspired by Italian cocktail traditions. Using the winery’s own spirits — including gin, bitter, and vermouth — prepare your own cocktail under the guidance of a host. The highlight of the experience is crafting the iconic Negroni, one of Italy’s most celebrated cocktails and a timeless symbol of Italian aperitivo culture.

This experience offers a unique journey through Tuscany’s flavours, combining wine heritage, artisanal spirits, and the art of Italian mixology in a relaxed countryside setting.
