What you can expect

  • This very green route combines bucolic parks and history. From the comfort of an electric bike, you will follow our guide on this unusual tour.

    Depart from the city centre to head to Ovalie, one of the latest areas in the city of Montpellier, located around the Yves-du-Manoir sports complex, which was built in 2003 for the 2007 Rugby World Cup. You will take Rue du Mas du Jaume, which leads out of the area and runs alongside the vineyards of the Domaine du Rieucoulon, to reach the Chemin du Bugarel, which passes through the heart of nature. You will then go around Terral Park to reach the banks of the Mosson.

    After a break in these bucolic meadows, you will get back on your bike to admire the fountain of the Church of Lavérune and visit the park of the magnificent Château des Évêques, a residence that once welcomed Catherine de' Medici, among others.

    Return to Montpellier via the new cycle paths, passing through the Paul-Valéry area.

    Available all year round, this ride is a real breath of fresh air.
