Activity itinerary

Embark on a half-day whale-watching adventure in Moorea. From July to November, witness majestic humpback whales in their natural habitat. You may have the chance to swim with those beautiful creatures (from July 20 to November 20). Your experienced guide will evaluate the weather and whale behaviour before allowing anyone to enter the water, ensuring a safe and respectful experience. This open-sea activity requires strong swimming skills and confidence with snorkelling gear, including fins, mask, and snorkel. Swims can involve distances of over 100 metres to approach whales discreetly and responsibly. For those who prefer to stay dry, watching from the boat is just as thrilling. Important to note: whale sightings and swims are not guaranteed. Each outing is unique and depends entirely on sea conditions and whale behaviour. If conditions don’t allow for swimming, the experience will be boat-based.
