Live an authentic experience in a family-run farm and agritourism in Morcone, in the heart of the province of Benevento. In a rural and evocative setting, you’ll discover farming traditions, genuine flavours, and the joy of getting your hands dirty in dough, embracing the authentic spirit of Campania.
Welcomed by the farm staff and after a small greeting, you’ll start a guided tour through the agricultural areas: from the olive groves, with an explanation of EVO oil production, to the stable with animals and the vegetable garden, where you’ll pick seasonal herbs and vegetables to use in the cooking class.
Next, you’ll take part in a hands-on pasta-making workshop, using flour made from ancient Saragolla wheat. Together with a local cook, and after a short introduction about ancient grain flours, you’ll learn to prepare three traditional pasta shapes: stivalette, cavatelli, and corioli.
At the end, you’ll enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared yourself, enhanced by organic products from the garden, and conclude the experience with a toast.
As a souvenir, you’ll receive a recipe booklet and a gift bag, to take home the flavours and traditions of the countryside.
Book now your pasta-making workshop and discover the authentic flavours of rural tradition, in the heart of Campania.
