Know before you book
- Itinerary order is subject to change depending on traffic, weather or any operational reasons.
- Due to the weather, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative place or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes.
- The lunch/restaurant may change due to operational reasons.
- The buffet offers the same menu for all guests, but there are dishes that vegetarians and those seeking Muslim-friendly options can enjoy. We do not cater to following dietary requirements: Vegan, Halal, Pure veg, and fluten free meals. Please book the tour without lunch and bring your own lunch.
- Please note that you will not be able to bring large luggage that exceeds the total height, width and length of 160cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. (E.g. 80cm x 50cm x 30cm)
- Customers who need each options will be charged more for changes on the day, therefore please select with lunch option in advance
- Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
- We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
