Start your day early, departing from Nairobi around 6:00 AM to maximise your time. The journey to Crater Lake Game Sanctuary takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, so you'll arrive around 9:00 AM.

Upon arrival, receive a brief orientation about the sanctuary’s unique ecosystem and its diverse wildlife. The morning is then dedicated to an exciting game drive within Crater Lake Game Sanctuary, where you can expect to see elephants, buffalo, giraffes, antelopes, and possibly other wild animals roaming freely in their natural habitat.

After the game drive, enjoy a packed lunch or picnic within the sanctuary or at a designated resting area. Around mid-afternoon, depart from Crater Lake and head towards Lake Naivasha, which is about a 2-hour drive.

Upon arrival at Lake Naivasha, take a relaxing boat ride on the lake to observe its abundant birdlife, including pelicans, fish eagles, and kingfishers, as well as possibly spotting hippos and other aquatic creatures.

The trip concludes with a scenic drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the evening around 6:00 PM, filled with memorable experiences of Kenya’s remarkable wildlife and stunning landscapes.
