What you can expect

Appointment in the afternoon at 4:30 PM
We will host you in our home, providing you with all the materials you need for the preparations.
Aprons and gloves (disposable), food, and tools for the preparations.

We'll start kneading. We'll teach you the tricks of the trade for preparing the dough.
We will roll out the dough with a rolling pin and a pasta machine. We will then proceed to cut the pasta. We will cook the sauce and the pasta together. We will prepare the limoncello spritz (only with Sorrento lemons) and finally taste our creations.
The activity will last 2 hours.
