What you can expect

  1. When you place an order, please provide us with your contact information, leaving detailed hotel address, number of passengers, number of luggage, and flight number. We offer luxury 7-, 9-, 13-seater vehicles.
  2. It takes about 180 minutes from Narita Airport to the Mount Fuji Hotel.
  3. Child seat fee: In Japan and Taiwan, the first child seat is free, and the second child seat is charged an additional 2,000 yen per child
  4. The driver will provide the service according to the content of the order. If the contents of the order do not match the itinerary, please notify customer service 48 hours in advance.
  5. If your flight is delayed, please contact customer service in time. If the Chauffeur-drive service for the original booking is not available due to a delay or cancellation of the first leg of the connecting flight, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. If the flight arrives normally or is delayed within 2 hours, the driver will wait for 90 minutes free of charge according to the flight landing time.
  6. Please obey local traffic laws and fasten your seatbelt when you get on the bus.
  7. Please check your luggage and valuables when getting on and off the bus. If you miss anything, please contact the driver or customer service as soon as possible.
    When using the car, please take care of the environment in the car and do not eat or drink in the car, so as not to affect the subsequent passengers' use of the car. If it is damaged, you will need to pay for a car wash or repair.
  8. In case of emergency, please contact customer service in time and keep the relevant vouchers for after-sales processing.
  9. For airport drop-off, it is recommended to arrive at the airport more than 3 hours in advance for international flights. Please make reasonable arrangements. Customer service does not have the authority to make decisions for you. In case of special circumstances such as holidays, it is recommended to arrive at the airport more than 1 hour early to avoid traffic congestion or queuing for check-in.
